ANTARCTIC CIRCLE T-Shirt (long sleeve unisex)

It’s position is effected by something called “Astronomical Nutation” and its latitude depends on the Earth’s axial tilt. The Antarctic Circle is currently drifting southward at a speed of about 14.5m (48ft) per year. So, what does that all mean?
